Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Runnrs Club, we strive to provide exceptional outdoor running experiences and community events. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing a membership or registering for an event.

1. Memberships

Membership fees are billed according to the selected membership plan.

Memberships may be cancelled at any time through your account or by contacting our support team.

Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in the billing cycle.

Membership benefits cannot be transferred to another individual.

2. Event Bookings

All event registrations are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

If you are unable to attend an event, please notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests made at least 7 days before the scheduled event may be eligible for one of the following, at our discretion:

  • Transfer to another available event;

  • Store credit for a future booking; or

  • A refund, less any non-recoverable processing or administrative fees.

Cancellation requests made less than 7 days before an event are generally not eligible for a refund.

3. Event Transfers

Where possible, participants may request to transfer their booking to another scheduled event of equal value, subject to availability and approval.

Requests must be submitted before the event registration closes.

4. Event Changes or Cancellation by The Runnrs Club

The Runnrs Club reserves the right to postpone, modify, relocate, or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather;

  • Safety concerns;

  • Venue restrictions;

  • Government regulations;

  • Low participant numbers;

  • Operational requirements.

If an event is cancelled by The Runnrs Club, participants will be offered one of the following:

  • A full refund;

  • A transfer to another event; or

  • Store credit for future experiences.

5. No-Shows

Participants who fail to attend an event without prior notice ("no-shows") are not eligible for refunds or credits.

6. Medical Circumstances

If you are unable to participate due to an unexpected medical condition or injury, please contact us as soon as possible.

Supporting documentation may be requested. Any refund, credit, or transfer will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

7. Payment Processing Fees

Where applicable, payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may be deducted from approved refunds if those fees are non-refundable to The Runnrs Club.

8. Promotional Offers

Bookings made using promotional discounts, vouchers, gift cards, or special offers may be subject to separate cancellation or refund conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
